Powerhouse now stocks the new high volume oil pump
gear for the Suzuki Hayabusa. It is no secret that the mighty Hayabusa
has a problem with low oil pressure. This new gear is a direct bolt in
replacement for the OEM oil pump gear. This gear causes the pump
to turn at faster speeds which increases oil volume and pressure.
Initial testing revealed the following improvements:
3,000 RPM, 32 psi with stock gear, 52 psi with high volume gear;
6,000 RPM, 72 psi stock, 90 psi with high volume gear.
Another added benefit - the installation of the gear will also spin your
water pump fasting for better cooling...
